Leader CNC Technologies commitment to outstanding customer service through strict internal disciplines. Our skilled and experienced engineers deal with your needs from initial enquiry to the satisfactory delivery of services and products - Leader CNC Technologies becomes your one-stop source for engineering solutions for both prismatic and rotational parts. We have the ability to integrate CNC control systems with off-line programming and automatic download systems. We also work with established CAD/CAM suppliers to ensure the compatibility of our machine tools with manufacturing / production systems.
Leader CNC Technologies has ‘a reputation to maintain’. Whether your machine breakdown is due to a mechanical, electrical or CNC system fault, our engineers are able to get your machine back into production as quickly as possible.
The Training we offer can be targeted towards machine operators, machine setters, programmers and maintenance engineers. Through experienced instruction and individual attention in small groups, we achieve a high level of student success.
Our service department will assess all machinery on-site and complete a service package that suits the needs of your business. All checks are listed on service sheets relating to the machine type and clearly identified as competed on the final report.
To ensure your machine geometry is correct in order for you to produce accurate components, or to verify machine accuracy after a move, we can carry out ball-bar checks, issue reports and rectify any problems. These can be done as part of an installation, a machine service or as a separate visit.
We offer planned maintenance packages using skilled and experienced engineers. We first carry out a survey on your machine tools and then propose the right package according to machine type, CNC control, usage and condition. We can also involve your maintenance team in order that they are more able to diagnose problems.
The applications department, with its experience in machining and methods of manufacture across a wide range of engineering industry sectors, offers a range of services from onsite programming/machining up to complete turn-key solutions.
Using a team of our own engineers and, if necessary, qualified machine movers, we can de-commission, move and re-commission machines either locally or to an external site. This applies to either single or multiple machines.
Using our own stock and either specific manufacturers or proprietary OEM sources, we can help identify, locate and provide parts for many machine tools and can also fit them backed up by a full warranty.
Where ancillary equipment is required to improve productivity or as replacement, we can supply, install and interface a wide variety of OEM items. If considered more cost effective, refurbishment of ballscrews, spindles, etc can also be carried out.
Either as part of new machine supply, providing assistance in installing machines purchased in auctions or after a machine move, we are able to install and commission machines on site. All our equipment used is calibrated to recognised ISO standards.
Prior to a machine move, we can benchmark machines with respect to functionality and accuracy and provide a comprehensive report to assist in re-commissioning.
We have a team of Engineers to help assist on the telephone or via email if you have any questions. Take a look at the Contact Us page for more details.
