We recently supported one of our customers with the delivery and installation of a JTEKT GL5Pi-63 CNC grinding machine, a state-of-the-art solution for high-precision grinding applications. The machine has arrived on site, and our engineering team is managing the full installation process, including machine positioning, precision levelling, geometric alignment, and integration of mechanical and electrical services.

Installation and Commissioning
Our team is ensuring the machine is installed in strict accordance with OEM specifications. Key activities include:
- Precision levelling and geometric alignment to guarantee machine accuracy
- Connection of all mechanical, electrical, and auxiliary services
- Verification of machine stability and process readiness
Following installation, commissioning will include functional testing, accuracy validation, and operator training to ensure the machine is fully optimised for production.
