DL G Series (Flat Gang Type)
Highly productive and efficient gang-type lathes for great repeatability on small sized components.
The G Series (Flat Gang Type) has four lathes: DL 3G, DL 5GH, DL 6GF, and Q5-2S. These FFG-DMC gang-type lathes use a fixed platen with a row of tools.
This design cuts down on total machining time because it saves the time taken by indexing and axis travel in turret-type lathes. These lathes are great for making lots of small parts quickly, especially when you add a bar feed unit.
