To enhance their range of quality high precision products, FFG DMC has announced five new models and improved series of machines to strengthen their range for 2019. The twin spindle vertical machining centre series includes models DVD-4300, DVD-5200 and DVD-9200, which have innovations for high productivity and manufacturing volumes of complex quality parts. Compared to other brands, there is a real difference in what FFG DMC offers. For example, the twin spindles work individually as well as simultaneously, with the additional benefit of having an adjustment between spindle centres, meaning the position of parts or fixtures in the X-axis is not fixed.

The DM V and VC Series of vertical machining centres are available as either single table (V) or twin pallet (VC). The fast tool changing time and high rapid rates result in high productivity, with options such as linear scales and 4th/5th axis rotary tables making the V Series machines highly adaptable for accurate and complex components.
